Presents Special Meeting for club members on Housing management

Press Release Body: National Real Estate Investing Club Members have asked for, and
been granted, another meeting with Mark Davis. Mr. Davis founded one of the first
\"3/4 houses (Transitional Housing)\" in Oakland County, known as Davis House in 1994.
He has over 14 years experience owning and running several profitable locations that
have benefited numerous men and society during that time.

What is \"3/4\" Housing? \"3/4\" Housing is a unique opportunity to turn unoccupied
single family investment property into a multi-income producing housing system while
making a difference in your community.

Transitional housing can be associated with any of following: drug abuse, mental
health, substance abuse prevention, drug abuse prevention, treatment, addiction,
community program, group centers, support groups and treatment. Mr. Davis will
address questions on any of above at presentation on September 18.

Ralph Mark Maupin, co-founder of the Real Estate Club, Said "Mark Davis\'s
Presentation at a previous meeting was outstanding. Members were coming up to me
after meeting, and asking me to set another time so they could bring their friends
back to hear Mr. Davis. Mark Davis showed everyone how they could earn great money
running transitional housing while making a difference for the community.
Mr. Davis will be talking about his non-profit organization. Mr. Mark Davis Said
"Davis House is a Non-Profit organization established in 1994, designed to provide
affordable housing for men in a Twelve-Step Recovery Program, either Alcoholics
Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous. To remain at Davis House you must attend daily
outside meetings and have a sign-in sheet completed. You must attend and actively
participate in an in-house meeting held weekly to discuss your progress in the
program, complete an assigned housekeeping chore on a rotation basis, and pass drug
and alcohol free randomly given Drug Tests given on a regular basis."

Davis House provides a structured and supportive recovery environment for those who
have completed initial treatment. They work with clients to discover and use
personal and community resources that they may not be aware of. They will learn that
the only limitations they have, are the ones they have placed upon themselves.

Mark Davis will cover topics including steps to open a house (transitional
housing), choosing an investment property to maximize income while making a
difference for the community, house rules to establish, finding clients and
affordable ways of buying furniture and accessories for the house.

The meeting will be at the Crown Plaza Hotel; 8000 Merriman Rd; Romulus, MI 48174,
from 6pm to 9pm on September 18, 2008. Go to http://www.megaeveningevent.com for
